Silver Membership

Our Silver membership is our base membership subscription level. The Silver membership was originally designed to be an indefinite maintenance plan for individuals who had already gone through our Platinum and Gold membership levels.

However, as time has progressed many members often sign up for the Silver membership primarily because of 3 additional reasons:

1. It’s reduced monthly price.
2. If you are doing pretty well already with your fitness and wellness and you don’t need enough coaching access to justify the time and cost of the Gold or Platinum memberships.
3. If you live outside of the Reno, Sparks, and Carson City areas and you don’t want to pay the extra cost for the benefits of having in-person visits since you wouldn’t be able to use them anyway.

We now recommend the Silver membership as the preferred option if you can’t meet with us physically, but would still like to meet with us virtually. A 30 minute coaching conversation once every month is the perfect fit for many of our busy members and travelling businesspeople. (However, if you want additional coaching time and access, you will have to upgrade your membership level to the Gold or Platinum memberships, even if you can’t utilize the in-person visitation benefits.)

Overall, the Silver membership remains a great value option if you need some help, but not a huge amount of help, with your fitness and wellness.
