Gold Membership

Our Gold Membership is our mid-range membership level and it is the first level that includes in-person visits. The Gold membership is frequently recommended for several different reasons:

1. If you are stepping down from a Platinum membership because of your increased self-sufficiency.
2. If you live outside of the Reno, Sparks, and Carson City areas but need additional coaching time and access beyond the Silver membership.
3. If you need help with your fitness and wellness, you DO live in the Reno, Sparks, and Carson City areas and you want in-person visits, but you don’t need enhanced services such as Patient Advocacy or Hypnotherapy.
4. If you regularly travel and don’t have much time to spare, but still want a good amount of coaching time and access and occasional in-person visits, with a quarterly visit being the most ideal due to your demanding schedule. (Gold Memberships are often an ideal fit for busy professionals who are constantly on the go and are short on time.)
5. If you would like in-person visits, but can’t afford the Platinum membership.

If you want to make solid improvements in your fitness and wellness, the Gold membership is a great place to start. For many people it provides the perfect amount of coaching time and access while still being easy on the wallet.
