As a cloud-based business we deliver personal service to you wherever you are. Our coaching style is highly interactive, very personal and focused on each individual person. We move you steadily, at your own pace and according to your own personal and unique needs, through the stages of change, to sustained improvement in fitness and wellness behaviors that will last a lifetime.
You know and we know that people need more help than ever. They need extra time and attention. They need handholding, cheerleading, coaching, and butt-kicking. They need to understand how their lifestyles and choices impact their health. They need to know how to weed through all of the information overload and deceptive marketing and apply what really works.
You probably have hundreds of questions that you want to ask. And a hundred more questions that you haven’t even thought of yet. And to truly help you, these questions of yours have to be answered in a manner that is sufficient and understandable to you. And that takes a lot of extra TIME.
The issue of time is where the breakdown in our healthcare system is extremely evident. The people you go to for help and education about your health and nutrition and fitness don’t spend enough time with you. And if they will, it’s going to cost you tens of thousands of dollars in hourly service charges. We don’t watch the clock and bill you by the hour like other coaches, nutritionists and personal trainers.

We have a strictly enforced “velvet-rope” policy for our clients. We can only work with people who strive to be excellent. Those who work hard everyday to be the best that they can be. This means that we serve a small minority of the population, since most people do not actually desire excellence. We have found that there are 3 types of people:
- Those who strive for personal excellence (a small minority)
- Those who can be inspired to achieve personal excellence (a larger amount, but still a minority)
- Those who are just existing and never seek nor achieve personal excellence (the majority)
If you are among the people of Type 1 or Type 2, then we will be compatible and we will be able to successfully work with you and we will able to achieve great results working together.
-But if you are among the people of Type 3, then don’t call us because we will not waste our time with Type 3 people, for keeping them will reduce the quality of our services that we can provide to everyone else, because such people drain our energy and enthusiasm and then we are less able to provide the highest quality services to our high-caliber clients who deserve the best, pay for the best, and expect the best. And if this little disclaimer offends you, then it is certain that you are definitely among the fearful people of Type 3. We are not aiming for mass-appeal. We are aiming for excellence in service to our excellent clients.
Unfortunately, the way that society works is that people want other people to stay “average”.
When you start to deviate from “normal,” your friends and family tell you that you’re nuts and try to pull you back into the fold. Don’t listen to them.
There is nothing to lose by acting and thinking exceptionally. What’s the worst that can happen? You could go back to doing what you were doing before?
Inertia is a powerful force. If you’re not happy with what’s happening around you, then we urge you to expand your options and think bigger.
