What if I want to work with you, but I don't have enough money?
Then we are willing to trade with you if you have something of “value” to trade with. Very simply, money was developed as a standardized concept to make trading easier. Money replaced the barter systems. Money represents value (but money itself is not value…). Ultimately however, what matters is “value for value”. Most of the time in today’s society we accept “money for value”, but if you don’t have the money and you do have something of value then, yes we are willing to trade “value for value”. So if you have something of value that you would like to trade (barter) for our services, then please give us a call. If your value that you are offering is also valuable to us, then we would be willing to trade. This could be resources, connections, skilled trades, services, products, etc. Perhaps you are a seamstress and make custom clothing, perhaps you are a farmer and grow organic produce, perhaps you are a mechanic and repair vehicles, perhaps you are a wholesaler and wholesale electronics, perhaps you are in public relations or marketing or advertising and could help us grow our business and spread word of mouth, etc. etc. Give us a call and if what you have to offer is of interest or need for us then we will gladly trade services with you. “Value for value”!
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. In fact, we never see any of your credit card information. Everything is handled very securely by our credit card processors who maintain the highest standards for financial security.
Do you accept health insurance?
No. (But we are HSA eligible…)
Is your service eligible for reimbursement from my Health Savings Account (HSA)?
How long will we work together?
On average, clients work with us on an intensive level for 3 to 9 months. After that we usually stay in touch with a brief follow up appointment every few months to help keep you on track.
Do I need exercise equipment?
Not necessarily. It depends on what your goals are, your exercise preferences, personality, etc.
Will you come to my gym?
Yes, but that depends on your gym’s policies. Some gyms will allow us to accompany you as a “guest” (a daily guest pass fee usually applies). Many gyms will not allow it and perceive us to be outside competition for their personal training staff.
Will I look like a bodybuilder?
No. Not unless that is what you want. It takes several years to build a body like that. And you need lots of growth enhancing drugs too. Women are very often afraid lifting weights for fear of getting too “buff” but that isn’t possible without the help of steroids. It’s just not physiologically possible without pharmaceutical enhancement. The same goes for men too. In order to look like a bodybuilder or those muscular models on the magazine covers at the stores requires an obsessive dedication to the sport. You live, eat, breathe bodybuilding. You have little social life. It takes intense dedication. It’s a year round sport and you never get time off. You calculate everything you eat, every single day, you never miss a meal (6 or more a day), you never miss a workout. So unless you really want to look like a bodybuilder, you won’t. It’s too much work unless you really really want it and are willing to be married to the sport.
Will you coordinate with my physician, physical therapists, or other health care practitioners?
Yes. In fact we would appreciate having an open communication channel between all of your trusted health care professionals.
Do I need my physician’s approval?
No. However, depending on your medical conditions we may request a physician’s clearance letter and further clarification of your conditions and limitations.
What if I’m not happy with your service or results?
If you are not satisfied and we can’t remedy the situation, we will immediately cancel your membership. If you were honestly following your program and investing the necessary effort, hard work and persistence we may possibly consider refunding the current month’s membership fee. We will be sad to see you go and we wish you great health and success on your journey.

Until recently, we always stood behind our money-back guarantee as one of our proud marketing headlines. However, just recently we have had several clients who worked with us for many months, but were not investing the necessary personal effort. These individuals decided that they wanted their money back because they were not seeing results (because the didn’t invest the hard work…) and we stood by our guarantee and refunded their entire investments of many months.
